WHAT EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE?
The deliverables depend on your specific needs and may include logo files, stationery, style guides, website files, and social media avatars, among others. Additionally, you will receive consultation, support, and research throughout and after the project.
HOW LONG WILL THE PROJECT TAKE?
The duration of a project depends on its specific needs, but a typical project usually takes 2-3 weeks. If necessary, we can expedite the process, but we generally recommend at least two weeks for most projects to ensure thorough research and creative output.
WHAT DOES THE PROCESS INVOLVE?
Our process begins with listening to the client and defining the design brief, followed by proposal submission, a 50% deposit, research, conceptualizing, rendering presentation, revisions, and the final 50% payment, delivery, and support.
CAN WE STILL WORK TOGETHER IF WE LIVE IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES?
Yes, we conduct business through email, phone, and video chat as required. If you are in the area, we can also arrange a meeting.
DO YOU DO ALL OF THE WORK?
Yes, you will work directly with us as we handle all aspects of the work. We do not employ any third-party subcontractors unless specified.
HAVE YOU DONE ANY WORK IN OUR INDUSTRY?
Most likely, we have experience in your industry. However, we tailor our skills, research, and process to meet the specific needs and industry requirements of each client.
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
For projects, we require a 50% down payment to schedule work. We accept payments via money order transfer or PayPal. The exact payment details and terms will be provided in our proposal. The final 50% will be paid upon project completion before the final artwork is released.
